The United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities is a chance to promote the full and equal participation of disabled people in everyday life. To celebrate this day Mosteiro and Cavado school organized a special event on Wednesday 30 November (in partnership with ACAPO). Students were invited to come along to Mosteiro and Cavado school to find out about the wide range of services, equipment and activities available to help disabled students.
There were all sorts of interesting activities taking place throughout the day - from games to workshops, entertainment and an art exhibition.
